Spell for a Snow Day

We figured out a good SNOW DAY SPELL. Affix a picture of Hecate to a candle and light it. Light the candle the night before the day you want the snowday. Then recite this 3 times:

Goddess Hecate,
I call upon thee,
make tomorrow a snowday,
so mote it be.

We chanted for a while, kids runnning around the house, throwing things in the air, but look at the next morning!!!



It's all about energy and an object to focus the energy. The kids definately can generate some energy! The burning candle with the picture on it gave everyone a place to focus the energy they were generating and a way to center their thoughts--the picture reminded them the intent of our spell.
